for profit agency, formerly known as Lekotek, a Swedish based
toy library successfully adapted in over 30 countries. It is a

The American Red
Cross in Nassau County is a humanitarian organization, led by
volunteers, that provides relief to victims of disasters and
helps people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.
It does this through services that are consistent with its
congressional charter and the fundamental principles of the
International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

granted wishes to more than 83,000 children with
life-threatening illnesses.

Community Programs Center of Long Island
CPC is a not-for-profit
organization established in 1980 which operates award-winning

organizations.

Toys
For Tots
The Foundation's mission is to
raise funds to provide toys to supplement the collections of
local Toys for Tots coordinators; defray the costs of
conducting annual Toys for Tots campaigns; provide
administrative, advisory, financial, logistic and promotional
support to local coordinators; provide other support the U.S.
Marine Corps, as a federal agency, cannot provide; and conduct
public education and information programs which call the
general public to action in support of Toys for Tots.

McDonald House Charities
Provides comfort and care to children and their families by
supporting Ronald McDonald Houses in communities around the
world and by making grants to other not-for-profit
